No, we do not generally accept returns unless the item is defective. If your item has been lost or broken, please reach out to us directly and we will do what we can to rectify the situation.

Yes, we take commissions! Want a commemorative set of mugs for your wedding? A decorative trinket jar for that special someone? Or just want something in a different colour or size?  Please reach out to us directly with your idea and we will be in touch about whether we are able to accommodate your request.
